What is the charge for deliveries?

There is no charge for deliveries for orders that meet our minimum order size.   Your order can consist of any mix of products to reach that minimum order size.  If you have a small order that doesn’t qualify for free delivery you have the option of picking it up at our warehouse.

What time will my order arrive?

When you place your order you will be provided with a delivery window.  We schedule our deliveries according to geography and the day.  When you order from us you’ll be offered a delivery date and time.

Is there a minimum order size to qualify for delivery?

Yes. The minimum order size is $400 per delivery. Our customer support representatives can help you determine if your orders will qualify as well as a scheduled delivery date and time. If you’re a regular certified business customer you can also pick up the goods at our warehouse.  We only sell wholesale to established businesses.

Is their a minimum order to qualify for warehouse pickup?

There is no minimum order to qualify for warehouse pickup but it is an option only available to our existing customers and for new customers who want to establish a long-term relationship with Valente.

Do you offer credit terms?

Yes.  Valente can offer you credit for your orders.  You’ll need to fill our our credit application to determine if you qualify.  You can also order goods for COD delivery terms while you’re waiting for a credit decision.  You can download the credit application here or call in to one of our customer service representatives.

Do you sell to home bakers and caterers?

We only sell wholesale to established businesses; this allows to track and manage product quality when the goods leave our dock and are sitting in your storeroom.
