Once one of our customer service team members receives your order you can rest assured your order will be delivered as promised when you need it.
Our customer service representatives can schedule to call you every week to make it easier for you to place your orders. If we haven’t heard from you, we know you’re busy, we’ll call you. Every week like clockwork we check your previous orders and call you to see if you need more supplies.
You’re always welcome to place orders as you need them. If weekly ordering is to frequent lets us know your ingredient refresh schedule and we’ll be in touch.
Occasionally we offer pick-ups to established Valente customers can pick up their goods from our warehouse between 10:00am-4:00pm, Monday- Friday. Valente only sells wholesale to established Valente customers.
For insurance, health and food safety reasons we do not offer product pickups from consumer bakers or non-wholesale accounts.
For product safety purposes we only sell to business customers with proper business documentation. We do not sell to consumers.
